Day 1 – Bagdogra Airport / NJP / Siliguri to Phuentsholing Night stay.

Arrival at Bagdogra Airport / NJP / Siliguri to transfer Jaigaon and cross Boarder by walk complete immigration Process and evening self visit local market and phuentsholing Night Stay.

Visit- Dooars Tea Garden: The Dooars region in North Bengal, at the foothills of the eastern Himalayas, is famous for its lush tea gardens, scenic beauty, and rich biodiversity. The name “Dooars” comes from “doors”—the gateways to Bhutan.

Bhutan Gate:  Iconic architectural gate marking the Indo-Bhutan border. Great photo opportunity and a symbolic welcome into Bhutan.

Day 2 - Phuentsholing to Thimphu Night Stay.

Morning after Bfast, Go for Immigration Process, After immigration proceed towards Thimphu. Enjoy this beautiful journey through the beautiful landscapes,

Visit: Kharbandi Gompha  (Rinchending Monastery): Just above Phuentsholing (10–15 min drive), panoramic views of Phuentsholing town and the plains of India. Beautiful garden with prayer flags and statues of Guru Rinpoche.

Day 3 – Thimphu to Punakha Sightseeing and night stay at Thimphu.

After breakfast drive to Punakha, Old capital of Bhutan until 1955 (before it shifted to Thimphu), Situated at Alt. 1,200 meters (warmer than Thimphu, good in winter). Visit-Dochula-Pass: (3150 mts.) a beautiful mountain pass, which is a concentration of 108 memorial stupas,

Punakha Dzong - is second oldest dzong in Bhutan. Until the mid- 1950s it served as the capital and seat of government, Lies at the confluence of the Pho Chhu (Male River) and Mo Chhu (Female River).

Punakha Suspension Bridge - It is one of the longest and oldest suspension bridges in Bhutan,

Chimi Lhakhang (Fertility Temple) : Dedicated to “Divine Madman” Drukpa Kunley, attracts couples seeking blessings for children. After the Punakha sightseeing come back to your hotel in Thimphu, Dinner and overnight stay in Thimphu.

 

Day 4 - Thimphu Local Sightseeing Night stay at Paro.

After breakfast proceed for Thimphu local sightseeing, Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, beautifully blends traditional culture with modern development. It's compact, culturally rich, and surrounded by scenic Himalayan hills, Visit- Buddha Dordenma Statue: One of the largest Buddha statues in the world (51.5 meters tall). Offers panoramic views of the entire Thimphu valley.

Takin Zoo: Home to the Takin, Bhutan’s national animal (looks like a mix of goat and cattle). Short nature walk and interesting wildlife story.

Memorial Chorten Stupas: Built in memory of the 3rd King, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck.
